Description

The cow milk cheese with truffles is patented product, made according chef Radichev author`s recipe. The cheese is made in Davidovo Dairy, Targovishte region, that maintains international certificates for quality and food safety. The milk and truffles are from Northern Bulgaria`s herds and forests.
Chef Radichev uses mix of 4 or 5 types of truffles for all of his dairy products – Black Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), black autumn truffle (Tuber uncinatum), white winter truffle (Bianchetto), smooth black truffle (Macrosporum), and black winter truffle (Brumale).

Ingredients: cow milk, truffles, salt. Used processing aids – yeast, calcium dichloride

Expiry date: 6 months from manufacture date.

Storage: Keep in fridge between 0°C– 4°C.
