Description

Meet Stanimir Radichev`s newest delicacy – goat milk cream cheese with truffles. The milk and truffles are from Northern Bulgaria`s herds and forests.
Chef Radichev uses mix of 4 or 5 types of truffles for all of his dairy products – Black Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), black autumn truffle (Tuber uncinatum), white winter truffle (Bianchetto), smooth black truffle (Macrosporum), and black winter truffle (Brumale).
Enjoy this creamy and flavourful taste.

Ingredients: goat milk, sour cream, grape seeds oil, truffles, salt, olive oil. Used processing aids – yeast, calcium dichloride

Expiry date: 4 months from manufacture date.

Storage: Keep in fridge between 0°C– 4°C.
