Description

The goat milk cheese with truffles is patented product, made according chef Radichev author`s recipe. The cheese is made in Davidovo Dairy, Targovishte region, that maintains international certificates for quality and food safety. The milk and truffles are from Northern Bulgaria herds and forests.
Chef Radichev uses mix of 4 or 5 types of truffles for all of his dairy products – Black Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), black autumn truffle (Tuber uncinatum), white winter truffle (Bianchetto), smooth black truffle (Macrosporum), and black winter truffle (Brumale).

Ingredients: Goat milk, truffles, salt. Used processing aids – yeast, calcium dichloride

Expiry date: 6 months from manufacture date.

Storage: Keep in fridge between 0°C– 4°C
