Chef Radichev has been awarded Rakia and Spirits Fest silver medal for his rakia Safrantiika

Chef Stanimir Radichev`s rakia Safrantiika won a silver medal in “Wine and grape rakias” area at Rakia and Spirits in Sofia, and not by chance. His muscat rakia with saffron has its own unique aroma and taste. The fest visitors were able to taste over 300 types of rakias and alcoholic beverages, developed in the Balkans and all around the world.

On the market, chef Radichev offers more than 20 products, such as cow and goat milk cheeses with truffles, sheep milk cheese with porcini mushrooms, red hot chili peppers jam with goji berries and pumpkin seeds, red onion jam with red wine and rosemary, duck meat terrine with foie gras and truffles, saffron butter, etc. 90 % of his products are unique and exclusive for Bulgaria. Two years ago, the chef`s goat dried meat sudzhuk with truffles was among the innovative products at the last International Agriculture Exhibition in Plovdiv. Many Bulgarians, as well as foreign visitors, various exhibitors and producers from the food industry had appreciated this sudzhuk.
